2011 Wisconsin State Meet
In the odd years, you must Qualify for the Wisconsin State Meet, or be invited, as it is not an Open Meet. In the even years, the Wisconsin State Meet is an Open Meet, and no Qualifying is required. 2011 is an odd year, and so, you need to Qualify for the Wisconsin State Meet, or be invited.
